Refund policy

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not completely satisfied with your order. At Hawthorne & Lane, we aim to make the return process as clear and straightforward as possible.


Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our fulfillment facility is located overseas, which means return shipping costs may vary depending on the carrier and selected service.


We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.


How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Please email us at info@hawthorneandlane.com with your order number and a brief explanation for the return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.


Step 2: Send the Item Back

Once you receive return instructions, send the item to the address provided. Be sure to use a trackable shipping method. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment and any associated costs.


Step 3: Receive Your Refund

After we receive the returned item(s) in good condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.


Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After this time, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.


Important Notes

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, damage, or alteration beyond our control.


All returns are sent to our centralized fulfillment facility, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If a return is initiated due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons, all associated shipping costs must be covered by the customer.


Because this collection represents the final chapter of Hawthorne & Lane, inventory is limited and items will not be restocked once sold.
